How are you all this week? We're well and truly into the countdown for the school summer holidays now and, of course, it's still raining. Kagools at the ready then.
I hope to unearth one of my many picnic baskets (yes I know, it's a strange thing to collect) and head off with the kids to one of our local beauty spots like Dyffryn House, near Wenvoe or our nearest nature reserve, Cosmeston in Penarth. But picnics aren't quite the same in the rain are they?
Perhaps we'll do the very British thing of sitting in a car clutching a thermos and a tomato sarnie instead.
Here's hoping you have a good week too and find some time for a nice relaxing read.
